 Project Description:      Hudson View Commons is a supportive housing – permanent housing for homeless and special needs individuals.  It is one building with offices and a mix of nine efficiencies and 19 one-bedrooms. This project was developed as part of a statewide demonstration for “supported living,” enabling homeless individuals and people with special needs to live independently, rather than in homeless shelters, transitional housing or institutions.  A major component of this housing concept is the availability of supportive services at the property, which can help tenants make the transition to independent living.
