Project Description:      This project has a seven year history.  First created to replace low-income rental housing, Broad-Park, the City and the State sought to transform it to a homeownership development.  Finally after considerable design and plan alternatives, the development began in 1998.  This consisted of the demolition of five deteriorated buildings and replacing them with four new two-family owner-occupied houses.

Composition:    One “perfect six” and four new two-family homes.

Completion:  February 2000
