PROJECT MANAGER
General Description: The Project Manager will report
to and work closely with the Director of Development and/or the
Executive Director on Broad-Park Development Corporation, Inc.’s
community real estate development projects consisting of affordable
housing and economic development projects.
Responsibilities
-
Evaluate or assist in the evaluation of sites for real estate
development projects.
-
Prepare or assist in the preparation of budgets for real estate
development projects.
-
Apply for or assist with financing applications and closings to
real estate development project funders to include federal, state, local
and private sources.
-
Manage and coordinate or assist in the management and
coordination of development team members (i.e. attorneys, architects,
engineers, consultants, etc.).
-
Maintain or assist in maintaining development project schedules.
-
Monitor or assist in monitoring construction activities.
-
Market or assist with marketing efforts of real estate
development projects.
-
Performs general administrative duties and record keeping.
Qualifications:
-
College degree
in relevant field and graduate degree a plus.
-
Knowledge of project and
construction management, and organizational skills.
-
Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax
Credits.
-
Skilled in prioritizing and
organizing tasks, planning ahead, meeting deadlines, managing
multiple tasks and exercising considerable initiative.
-
Good verbal and written
communication skills.
-
Knowledge of MicroSoft Office and
Project Management software.
-
Bilingual a plus

OFFICE MANAGER

Shares
in the management of day-to-day operations within the office,
ensuring a smooth and efficient daily operation.

Human
Resources Management

Assist
Executive Director with administrative functions and research
projects.

Prepare
agenda and agenda materials for monthly Board and Committee meetings
on a timely basi

Manage
all office equipment needs (i.e., copier maintenance, up keep, etc.)

Order
supplies

Liaison
to vendors
-
Assists
in correspondence letters, quarterly reports, etc.

Salary $30-35,000 plus benefits
Requirements:
-
Must be experienced, well organized, energetic with strong
admin, computer, and customer service skills.

years experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Be
Detail Oriented

Ability
to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Ability
to multi-task in a fast paced environment

written, verbal, research, organizational, interpersonal and
analytical skills
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
General Responsibilities

Purchasing maintenance goods and services
·
Approving goods or services and requesting payment
·
Inspecting the properties and identifying work to be
performed
·
Maintaining an effective work order system
·
Prioritizing and scheduling the work
·
Creating and updating preventive maintenance and
compliance plans
·
Identifying and filling service contract requirements
·
Overseeing work performed by maintenance staff and outside
contractors
·
Preparing monthly maintenance report
·
Such other tasks and responsibilities as the Director of
Property Management shall determine
Requirements:

5-7
years of strong maintenance supervisor experience.

Good
Computer and communications skills

interpersonal skills

Well
organized, detail oriented

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Must
have own transportation
